Oaxaca Hotels: Hotel One is the Only Modern Looking Hotel in Oaxaca, Mexico


 

We’ve come to Oaxaca with a plan to rent an apartment  and stay at least 3 months, but first we need to locate one. In the meantime, we've booked 3 nights in this place called Hotel One to give us time to search.

After arriving at the airport we purchased a seat on one of the airport vans available for transport to the hotels. As we journey from the airport toward our lodging, we’re becoming increasingly concerned about the neighborhood. All the buildings look run down and are covered with graffiti. 

The van is full of tourists who are getting dropped off at various locations throughout the city. When we finally arrive at our hotel, we are very pleased. 

It is a relief to arrive at clean and modern looking Hotel One- with no graffiti in sight!

Single and double rooms are available. As you can see, the rooms are quite small, however, the bath room is large and modern.

Each room has free wifi and a flat screen t.v.

The lobby consists of a business center, free wifi, free breakfast buffet and snacks available for purchase throughout the day.

Additional amenities include an elevator and self-serve laundromat.
